3-series 12.6V 20A lithium battery protection board (with built-in recovery function-AUTO Recovery)
Scope of application: lithium batteries with nominal voltage of 3.6V and 3.7V (including 18650, 26650, many polymer lithium batteries)
Product size: 59 x 20 x 3.4 mm
Product weight: 4.3 g
Charging voltage: 12.6 V – 13.0 V
Continuous discharge current (max): 20A (if the heat dissipation environment is not good, please reduce the load current)
Continuous charging current (max): 10A
Standard version: suitable for electric drills with starting current below 40A and power below 65W.
Enhanced version: suitable for electric drills with starting current below 60A and power below 100W.
Note 1: Successfully starting the electric drill requires 3 15C-20C power batteries, or 6 10C-15C power batteries (ordinary 18650 cannot start the electric drill!!!).
Note 2: Strictly follow the diagram to connect 0V, 4.2V, 8.4V, and 12.6V. Do not intentionally short-circuit.
Note 3: When there is a load such as a brush motor, connect a non-polar capacitor (withstand voltage of 25V or more, capacity 10uF-100uF) in parallel to the positive and negative terminals of the motor. The reverse spike voltage generated by the motor interferes with the protection board or breaks down the MOS tube.
Note 4: When connecting 3 groups of batteries in series, please ensure that the voltage of each group of batteries is the same. If not, please charge each group of batteries separately and then use them in series. . . During the discharge test, the group of batteries with faster voltage drop is the poor battery.
For some customers with poor electronic foundation, please explain: Do not mix good batteries with poor batteries! The closer the capacity/internal resistance of the 3 groups of batteries, the better! (The effect of using 2 good batteries + 1 poor battery = the effect of using 3 poor batteries).
