3S 40A 12.6V BMS Lithium Battery Protection Module Board with Balacing charging balance
For lithium batteries with a nominal voltage of 3.7V and a full voltage of 4.2V (18650, 26650, polymer lithium batteries)
Size: 41 x 55 x 3.4 mm (enhanced version)
Weight: 8.8 g (enhanced version)
Charging voltage: 12.6V-13.6V
Continuous discharge current (max): 40A (If the heat dissipation environment is not good, please reduce the load current)
Continuous charging current (max): 20A
Enhanced version: Suitable for electric drills with starting current <80A and power <130W.
Note 1: To successfully start the electric drill, you need 3 15C-20C power batteries or 6 10C-15C power batteries (ordinary 18650 cannot start the electric drill!!!); 0V and 12.6V connecting wires, use copper wires of more than 3 square millimeters (nickel sheets cannot be used!!!).
Note 2: Strictly follow the diagram to connect OV, 4.2V, 8.4V, and 12.6V, and do not deliberately short-circuit.
Note 3: When charging the battery, it is normal for the “430” resistor to heat up, indicating that the balancing circuit is working; if the “430” resistor also heats up when not charging, please check whether the wire is connected incorrectly.
